The site
is Google Map enabled now!
If you click on the maps you'll be taken to Google Maps website, where you can zoom into every point along our route, perhaps you'll even see us driving on the highways or hiking in remote deserts. For more fun, make sure to select Hybrid or Satellite mode on the map. It wil get even more interesting if you install Google Earth on your computer, which is a pretty amazing application. With Google Earth installed, you'll be able to "fly" along our route, and in 5-10 minutes you'll cover as much distance as we did in many months. To open my maps in GoogleEarth, first click on them and when taken to Google Maps website, select "View on Google Earth" link in the upper left corner. Hesitate no more, CLICK THE MAPS! |
